CNC Mill Machinist - Swing Shift
$25 to $30 Hourly, DOE, Includes $1/hr shift differential
Liberty Lake, WA
The CNC Mill Machinist is responsible for following prescribed standards of CNC operations, meeting cycle times, promoting on time delivery through their performance efforts, demonstrating knowledge and application of lean manufacturing, promoting teamwork through their behavior, acting in accordance with Altek's Policies and adhering to the goals and expectations as defined by management. Swing Shift pay includes an additional $1/hour for shift differential.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED
CNC Machining Certificate preferred
Minimum of 5 years in CNC Mill setup and machining
Experience with various machine tool controls (G-M Codes & Mazatrol a plus)
Quality-conscious attitude and pride of ownership in designated responsibilities
Working knowledge of GD&T and calculating
Working knowledge of mathematical formulas needed to calculate product dimensioning
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to accurately read blueprints
Skilled with portable measuring devices used in the production processes at Altek
Must be able to read and comply with work instructions, quality documents, and other pertinent written material
CNC Mill Setup Operator - Swing Shift
$22-$25 Hourly, DOE, plus $1/hr shift differential
Liberty Lake, WA
Basic set-ups from an established processes and meeting cycle times of those processes in the machine shop. Should have knowledge of, and be responsible for supporting lean manufacturing principles and teamwork throughout the company. Act as a positive role model in accordance with Altek's desired behaviors. Work with a sense of urgency to promote on time delivery and adhere to the goals and expectations as defined by management
QUALIFICATIONS
3-years’ experience or equivalent with set-up and operation of CNC milling machines, preferably, but not limited, to Fadals or Mazak Vertical Mills with A Axis and multiple vise set-ups
Proficient in the use of Inspection equipment
Able to read and interpret blueprints, also but not limited to GDT
Associate Degree in Machining preferred, but minimum of High School Degree or GED required
Quality conscious attitude and pride of workmanship with designated responsibilities
Possess comprehensive reading skills
Able to communicate effectively in written and oral communication with co-workers and supervisors
Ability to build and maintain positive rapport with other Altek employees
Exhibit positive communication and behavior skills
Able to adapt and modify to situational changes
Ability to manage workload and changing priorities
Custodian
$17-21 Hourly, DOE
Liberty Lake, WA
The Custodian’s role is to maintain the Altek facility to a high standard of cleanliness, appearance and function. The Custodian is responsible for ordering janitorial supplies while being cost effective. Must promote teamwork through behavior, act in accordance with Altek’s Policies and adhere to the goals and expectations defined by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Ability to stand on feet all day or walk for long hours
Able to work with strong chemicals
Reliable, strong work ethic, able to self-direct
High school diploma or GED
Janitorial experience, preferred
Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures
Working knowledge of sanitation procedures for facility restrooms and heavy traffic areas
Thorough knowledge of operation and basic periodic maintenance of floor machines.
